I understand that a sense of urgegency,priority,& concern are of thee utmost importance. However I've been unable to contact anybody over the phone (Marvin is starvin') I need acknowledgement that I've been briefed and have been made aware of said significence regarding timeline. However, I've been unable to reach ANYBODY over the phone, net, or Translantic cable. I don't want my claim to be jetisoned because of a simple oversight, or neglection.
